My name is Rosmel Emiliano Olortegui Inca, I was born in Callao in 2003. I am the fourth in a family of four brothers. My parents are Emiliano Olortegui and Martina Inca.

I entered the community at the age of 14. I walk in the sixth community of the "Familia de Nazaret" parish in Villa Los Reyes, in Callao. At the age of 15, I was invited to vocational training, at that time it was held in the parish "Christ the Way of Truth and Life", in the Diocese of Carabayllo. I went to vocational school because I was away from home and because after the meetings he took us to the mall to eat and play. I finished school at the age of 16. At the beginning of February 2020, they called me from the Neocatechumenal Center of Lima asking me for my personal information, then the vice-rector of the Redemptoris Mater Seminary "John Paul II" called me asking if I was willing to go to the gathering at the beginning of the course in February. During the coexistence they scrutinized me and then asked me if I was willing to go to the Seminary. In February 2020 I entered the Redemptoris Mater "John Paul II" Seminary of the Diocese of Callao, at the age of 16. There I studied the preparatory course and the three years of philosophy.

In December 2023 I was assigned to the Redemptoris Mater Seminary "San Pedro Claver" of the Vicariate of Esmeraldas. I am currently walking in the fourth community of the "San Blas" parish, in Quito and studying the second semester of Theology at the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador.
